Locally Preserved is a New Orleans company on a mission to preserve what is grown locally ... everywhere. Today, we buy all of our seasonal fruits and vegetables from farmers in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama, and we only distribute our products in the region where they are grown to reduce our carbon footprint. In the near future, we will take our sustainable business ecosystem national – engaging with local farmers and producing region-specific syrups, jams and jellies. Maine blueberries, Michigan cherries, Washington apples, New Mexico chiles – it's on the horizon. We're taking local national.

SPRING After our short winter blast, spring downpours drench the ground and fruit buds and blooms start popping. We have the last harvest of citrus rolling in, Louisiana strawberries are ripe for the picking, fresh herbs like mint and basil abound, and our mind is on festival season. Think: easy, on-the-go cocktail mixers and picnic-friendly preserves for cheese boards.

Farmers markets are busting at the seams with ripe, juicy fruits that make for refreshing afternoon cocktails. Blackberries, watermelon, peach – you name it, we capture the flavor at its peak and seal it in a jar for you to pour, spread, or eat straight off of a spoon! 

SUMMER
