Our mission is to sustain farmers, create honest jobs, while allowing everyday people to eat locally – Everywhere.

In New Orleans, all produce is sourced from Louisiana, Mississippi & Alabama. Upon expansion, all produce will be sourced from within each of the identified regions. Our fruit and simple syrups make it easier for home cooks, bartenders, and restaurants to make chef quality cocktails, mocktails, glazes, vinaigrettes, breads and pastries. Our ‘sweetless’ jams are just fruit and pectin; a dream for parents, diabetics, and health food nuts alike. The pepper jellies are simple  - just fruit and hot peppers. Unlike other brands, they aren’t made with onions, garlic, vinegar or green peppers.

Who is Locally Preserved?

Locally Preserved allows real people to eat regionally grown and produced foods, based on season. Producing all natural syrups, ‘sweetless’ jams, jellies and preserves using five ingredients or less.
