Makes 1 cocktail
1 1/2 oz. Donner-Peltier Distillers Rougaroux Full Moon Dark Rum
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
6 dashes El Guapo Chicory Pecan Bitters
1 lemon peel, for garnish
1 sprig thyme, for garnish
Combine all of the ingredients (except garnish) in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake vigorously to blend. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with lemon peel and sprig of thyme.
