Snap, Crackle, Pop

Makes 1 cocktail

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 lemon slice

1 1/2 oz. Donner-Peltier Distillers Oryza Vodka

1/2 oz. Locally Preserved Satsuma Rosemary Syrup

Swamp Pop Jean Lafitte Ginger Ale, to top

2 dashes Fee Bros. Whiskey Barrel-Aged Bitters

In a small bowl, combine equal parts chili powder, white pepper, and black pepper. Moisten rim of glass with lemon slice and dust the glass with the pepper blend by turning it upside down into the mixture. Combine vodka and syrup in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with ginger ale, garnish with lemon slice,  and serve.
