Makes 1 cocktail
2 1/2 ounces chilled dry sparkling wine or Spanish cava
2 1/2 ounces chilled Locally Preserved Satsuma Syrup
1/2 ounce Grand Marnier or triple sec (optional)
satsuma slices, for garnish
Fill a Champagne flute halfway with chilled sparkling wine. Top with satsuma syrup. If using, float Grand Marnier or triple sec. Garnish with a satsuma slice and serve.
