Makes 1 cocktail
2 ounces Locally Preserved Satsuma Syrup
1 1/2 ounce vodka
1/4 satsuma, sliced into segments for garnish
1 sprig fresh rosemary, for garnish
Combine the Satsuma Syrup, Rosemary Simple Syrup, and vodka in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with satsuma segments and rosemary.
