Little Bo Peach

Makes 1 cocktail

1 oz. gin
3/4 oz.  Cocchi Americano (dry vermouth)
1/4 oz. lemon juice
3 bar spoons Locally Preserved Peach Syrup
Soda water, to top

Fresh orange juice, to top

Combine gin, vermouth, lemon, and Locally Preserved Peach Syrup in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, then pour the mixture into a wine glass. Top with soda water and a splash of orange juice.
