Shall We Toast?

Makes 1 cocktail

1 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce Locally Preserved Satsuma Syrup
1/2 ounce pineapple juice
3 raspberries
Champagne, to float
1 chunk pineapple + raspberry on a cocktail skewer

Combine the vodka, satsuma syrup, pineapple juice, and raspberries in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake and double strain. Float with Champagne and garnish with the
pineapple raspberry skewer.
