1.5 ozs. Cathead Vodka
1 oz. Locally Preserved Tomato Basil Syrup
2 ozs. club soda
1 basil leaf to garnish (optional
Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake gently and strain or pour into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with the basil leaf.
