1.5 ozs. Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka
.5 oz. fresh lemon juice
.5 oz. Clement Creole Shrub
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 strawberry slice for garnish (optional)
Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain the cocktail over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with strawberry slice.
